- Does not need Building Consent if on a property with another dwelling.
- Includes small deck with stairs, gutter & downpipe.
- Comes with Electrical COC.
- Option for caravan plug is available.
- Can be split into two rooms with 2 ranch sliders (POA).
- Fully insulated with double glazed opening windows & smoke alarm.
Additional Costs:
There
will be added costs to the Āwhina Whare pricing if there are any changes made
