& Electrical COC.
This
whare requires an Onsite Building Consent. We have people that we can connect
you to who can help you with the Onsite Building Consent process.
Whare Aroha Features:

- Includes small deck with stairs, gutter & downpipe.
- Has a gas califont, carpet, LED lights & power points.
