We can build almost anything to suit your individual needs.
Depending on design, it can come complete with Code of Compliance issued by the Gisborne District Council, Plumbing & Gas Certificate & Electrical COC.
If your custom build requires Onsite Building Consent we have trusted people that we can connect you to who can help you with the Onsite Building Consent process.
Custom build features can include:
- Kitchen with under bench oven, electrical hob, rangehood
- Deck and or veranda
- Gutters included
- Hot water, carpet, lights, powerpoints
- Shower, bath, vanity & flushing toilet

- Fully insulated with double glazed windows & smoke alarms

- Foundations/Piles. (Note: The preference is to use screwpiles where possible and timber when the ground conditions do not allow for screw piles to be used depending on location)
