New Zealand Nutraceuticals Limited (NZNL) was established in 2016.
NZNL created a joint venture with Hikurangi Enterprises Limited (HEL) to form Hikurangi Bioactives Limited Partnership (HBLP).
NZNL has contributed funds to progressing the various ventures of HBLP and NZNL finance being used to initiate most of the research and development work being undertaken on behalf of HBLP.
The NZNL directors and shareholders are Manu Caddie and Damian Skinner.
