Board of Directors PANAPA EHAU (Managing Director) – A co-owner in a number of Māori land blocks in the ancestral estate of Te Papa Tipu o Uepohatu. With more than two decades of business experience in housing development, environmental services and social enterprise, Panapa is focused on developing sustainable inter-generational economic pathways that utilise and enhance local natural resources. Panapa currently runs a sustainable horticulture course through Eastern Institute of Technology focused on developing the skill base of families in the Ruatoria area.
MATEAWA KEELAN – A shareholder in land blocks in between Waipiro and Te Araroa, for the past 15 years Mateawa has managed a farming business and with her partner also runs a local transport company.
BELLA PAENGA – Bella has a background in the food processing and timber industries, she has worked in biodiversity protection on public conservation estate and Māori land blocks. Currently working family land near Tikitiki with a focus on regenerative agriculture.
ELIZABETH NGARIMU – A trustee for a dozen Māori land blocks and board member of Te Raa Limited, a local company developing manuka and kanuka products.
NATASHA KOIA – Natasha has a background in education and cultural revitalisation. She has a decade management experience with a focus on staff development, regulatory compliance and policy governance. She is a shareholder and trustee in land blocks in the Ruatoria area.
Hikurangi Bioactives Limited Partnership MANU CADDIE – Manu has a background in community development and social enterprise. He completed a design degree and has worked in the advertising industry, for central government and The World Bank. He worked for ten years as a researcher and project manager serving a diverse range of public and private organisations.
